Please note the fees do not include school uniform, meals in cafeteria and transportation fee.

If a student is accepted, a non-refundable but deductible, Booking Fee of AED 3,000 per student should be paid and further documents must be submitted.  The Booking Fee will be deducted from the first term fees.

The Registration Fee will be deducted from the first term tuition fee. The Registration Fee will not be refunded if the student chooses not to take the offered place.

Refunds for both existing and new students will be in accordance with KHDA’s School Fees Framework.

Payment Options:

Deira International School (Br. Of Al Futtaim Education Foundation) accepts payments online by login to iSAMS Parent portal account (https://iparents.disdubai.ae), using Visa and MasterCard, credit/debit card in AED.

Important: If fees are paid through the bank transfer or deposited directly into the school account, please send a copy to accounts@disdubai.ae of the bank transfer/deposit slip with the student’s name written on it to help us identify your deposit.

Note: Fees can be also paid by post-dated cheques at the beginning of the academic year or before the following dates:

Introducing New Flexible Payment Solution

Starting January 2025, Deira International School introduced a new way to make paying school fees and other payments more flexible and convenient for you. We partnered with zenda, a trusted payments and financing app in the UAE, to provide enhanced payment options tailored to meet your needs.

Here’s how you can pay your child’s fees and other school-related expenses via the zenda app. Conveniently manage payments from your smartphone, including:

  • School Fees
  • From January 2025, new Local & International Educational Trips and events can only be paid using the zenda app.

In the near future:

  1. a) Use zenda app to pay for other school services like meals, uniforms, transport and more.
  2. b) Online payment plans: Use your credit/debit card without the need of Post-Dated Cheques subject to terms and conditions.

KHDA Refund Policy

In the case of refund, the school fees will be calculated as follows:

  • Fees paid prior to the beginning of the academic year are refundable and only the registration/ re-registration fees will be deducted;
  • If the student was enrolled in the school for two weeks or less, a month’s fees will be deducted;
  • If the student was enrolled in the school for a period ranging between two weeks and one month, two months’ fees will be deducted;
  • If the student was enrolled in the school for more than a month, the full term’s fees will be deducted.
  • Refunds will only be done through bank transfer/cheque. All refunds due to technical errors, will be the same mode of payment from the bank. All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.   • Request for student Education Continuation Certificate – Attested (AED 120)
  • Request for student leaving form for the students who are leaving Dubai – Attested (AED 120)
  • Request for student transfer between private school (within the stipulated time frame ) Student transfer (AED 120)
  • Request for student transfer between private schools (after the stipulated time frame). Student transfer (AED 120)
  • Request for attestation of student Certificate or report card (AED 120)
  • Issuance of ‘to whomsoever it may concern’ Certificate for matters related to school – Attestation (AED 120)
  • Issuance of ‘To whomsoever it may concern Certificate for matters related to Students – Attested Sequence letter (AED 120)
